Why use Hilltop Imaging and Diagnostic?

At Hilltop we will not stop until both you and your patients are satisfied. We provide a clean, comfortable and welcoming environment to the patients and welcome you to stop in to view our facility at any time. As well, Hilltop aims to make life easier for your practice by providing convenient and timely scheduling, images and reports. Please do not forget that we will do your insurance authorizations for you. This can be a huge time-saver for your offices!

Referral Information

Our referral forms are available to your office in order to ease the process of sending patients over. You can find a link to this form below, or you can contact our offices and/or Marketing Director to drop off hard copies to you. These forms are then filled out and faxed (must have referring signature) to our offices at 510.223.5125. Our office staff will follow up with your referral quickly and efficiently.

Online Image and Report Access

With Hilltop Imaging & Diagnostic's updated online server (located at www.hilltopimaging.com ), our referring practices are able to view images and reports online. This server displays completed patient appointments by date and time of the appointment. The images from appointments are available for viewing immediately upon completion of the scan. The server provides options to manipulate the images (view from different angles, 3D reconstructions, etc) and add notes on the image similar to a digital post-it note. Reads from these images are done within twenty-four (24) hours of the appointment and as soon as the report is scanned into the system, it is also available for viewing in the patient profile. This server provides immediate access to information, aids in eliminating extra paper in the office, and also gives the referring practice different options for reviewing patient information. Image Options

Images from patient appointment are available in many different formats. The referring practice is able to view a traditional film, CD of images or can see the images online (please contact Marketing Director for login and password to our online system). Of course, if you prefer not to have images from patients, we can mark your office down as wanting them only when requested.

Radiologist Reports

Our images are read by an extremely knowledgeable and professional group of radiologists knows as RAD 24-7. The images from an appointment are immediately sent over to the radiologist and our reports are available either online or via fax within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours (this does not apply to Stat cases). Please note that our radiologists are also able to classify cases for Personal Injury or by specialty, if needed (please just advise us of your requirements).

Stat Cases

At Hilltop Imaging and Diagnostic, we understand that there are sometimes those cases that need to be handled now, and not later. We aim to be accommodating and aggressive in getting Stat cases in our offices quickly and reports out within a few hours of the appointment.
