Office Environment - Patient Experience
At Hilltop Imaging and Diagnostic, we want the patient to be as comfortable as possible during the complete office visit. From a warm greeting as you enter to a well appointed waiting room, dressing rooms, and private bathroom we want to ensure that you have a great experience.
Our waiting room offers comfortable seating and a child's table with toys and coloring materials. There is a movie on at all times to keep you entertained as you wait. In addition to these amenities, we offer water, coffee, tea, hot chocolate and cookies for your enjoyment.
During your appointment, you will be offered access to our dressing rooms (with a key) for storage or changing purposes. There are gowns available, as needed, depending on what service you need. While you are in your appointment, you are able to lock up your valuables in the dressing room and know that they will be waiting for you when you get back.
There is also a private bathroom available in office which eliminates the need to obtain a key or to walk through the building to use the facilities.
